In production, it is possible to preheat the following toolings to shorten the time format changes.
\nThe change of inferior toolings is also optimized by the presence of a tank mounted on a slide. Just pull it like a drawer to get access to the tooling. The weight to manipulate is reduced and it facilitates the work of the operator.<\/p>\n

EFFICIENCY<\/h3>\n

With these optimizations, the change of format on the S 3500 is done in 2 minutes while it takes 15 minutes on a standard tray sealer.
\nOver a period of 4 hours with a rate of 2 format changes, the gross 88% OEE on a standard tray sealer rises to 99% on the S 3500 Flex. In \u201cVacuum and Gas\u201d mode, the S 3500 Flex reached a rate of 1390 sealed trays per hour.<\/p>\n

ERGONOMICS<\/h3>\n

In the configuration of an integrated tray sealer \u2013 weigh price labelling module, the workstation has been designed so that a single operator can manage the flow of input and output trays.
\nIts stainless and plexiglass provides an easy to use and safe workspace for the operator.
\nAccessibility is also an asset of the S 3500 Flex: easy access to toolings; a storage unit for the down toolings is integrated to the machine; all casings can be opened, thereby facilitating maintenance and cleaning.<\/p>\n
